As a Social Media Manager and Talent Coordinator at Lola Social, I am responsible for managing our clients' social media platforms, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to continuously improve our strategy.

In addition, my role is to attract and retain top talent to create high-quality content for our clients, with a particular focus on identifying content creators who can develop User Generated Content (UGC).
